·Evaporating Set Device

We not only devote to design and manufacture single equipment, but also to design, develop and manufacture set device.

To complete the process of distillation and evaporation for a product requires a set of integral device. If there is several fractions need to be distilled from the material, multi-sets of equipment, or multi -evaporators will be employed.

For example, to achieve the short path distillation process, besides the short path evaporator, other proper apparatus, such as degasser, processing unit, heating arrangement vacuum generator unit, are necessary to be equipped to fulfill the process.

· Degasser
Charging material usually contains dissolved gas and a bit of low boiling point ingredients, which cannot be condensed by the normal cooling water under the condition of high or medium vacuum, thus consequently affect the vacuity.

To ensure the load of vacuum pump as low as possible prior to the short path evaporator, before which, a degasser is suggested to install beforehand to wipe off the low boiling point ingredients in the condition of high or medium vacuum.

It is proved that WFE thin film evaporator is a pretty good degasser, which not only degasification but also preheating the material in the meanwhile.

· Product Treatment
Degasser and short path alembic can be connected together by taking the advantage of potential difference, with which the material can flow over the equipment under the application of gravity. Pump will be applied to feed the product to short path alembic from degasser if the degasser and short path alembic have to be in the same height. Since charging is a continuous operation, material can be taken away intermittently by catch or continuously by pump.

· Vacuum unit
It is very important to choose the proper vacuum unit to maintain a certain vacuum operational pressure in the short path alembic. Generally, mechanical pump unit or the combination of mechanical pump and vapor-jet pump is frequently applied. When vacuum pressure within the range of 0.01~0.001mbar, diffuser pump will be employed as well.

In addition, to maintain the outward partial pressure as low as possible, cold well has to be installed between the evaporator and vacuum pump, in which cold water or refrigerating liquid is used as secondary refrigerant.
